What Is Stored, and Where

Your intervals.icu connection is encrypted at rest, and everything moves over TLS. The complete list of processors is in the privacy policy.
What the AI Sees
A request to the AI carries your first name and your training context only. Your email, account identity and payment details never go into it.
The raw chat transcript expires after 6 hours. Continuity comes from your coach's memory of lasting facts, your plan and your live training data. /memory shows what your coach remembers.
Your Health Data
Injuries, illness and recovery readings are health data. Kracey uses them only because you ticked a box agreeing to it before you connected intervals.icu, and the exact wording you agreed to is recorded. Type /consent in the chat to see your record.
See, Download or Delete It
- Download everything:
/exportin the chat, or Your data in Settings, gives you a JSON file with your account, race results, coach memory and recent conversation. - Delete everything:
/deletein the chat (you confirm twice), or the same place in Settings (you type DELETE). It erases your account, plan, race history and your coach's memory, and cancels any subscription. Only paid invoices are kept, because bookkeeping law requires it. It cannot be undone.
Both work whether or not you are a paying subscriber.
