A hybrid coach that stopslifting and running fighting.
Squat heavy on Tuesday and Wednesday's run is a grind. Your coach in Telegram writes your hybrid training plan as one week, so neither half costs the other.
- 14 free days, no card
- Strength and engine in one plan
- Privacy-first, EU hosted
Two programmes, one pair of legs.
A lifting app and a running plan that never talk, and the clashes left to you. Your coach plans them as one week.
THIS WEEK
- 2 strength sessions
- 2 hard engine sessions
- 3 easy sessions
No hard run the day after heavy legs.
Two apps that never talk
Strength and running are written as one week, so a heavy leg day and a hard run never land in the wrong order.
Not knowing if the running is improving
Runs and rides are read from your splits and heart rate, and on the bike from normalised power, against your own zones.
Heavy legs the night before a key run
Ask to move a lift and you get one short reason if it clashes with a session that matters. Then it is your call.
A week away from your gym
Full gym, home gym or a hotel with a bike: tell your coach what you can reach and the sessions are written for it.
Already on a lifting programme
Already follow a strength programme? Tell your coach its days and the engine work is planned around them. Or use partner mode and keep the whole plan yours.
PLAN
Next two weeks, written
- This week: 5 days, 2 lifts
- Next week: 5 days, 2 lifts
- Then renewed about weekly
A 12-week plan that goes stale
No 12-week PDF. The next week or two are written out, and new days are added about once a week, so the plan follows how your training is going.
Your hybrid training app is a chat.
No workout logger to fill in and nothing to install. Today's session arrives in Telegram, and so do the answers to whatever you ask about it.

Heavy legs on Tuesday land the day after the intervals and two days clear of Thursday's threshold run. About 5h50 in all, and everything else is easy.
Hard days kept apart
Heavy lifting goes after an easy run or on a day of its own, never in front of a session that matters, so each one still gets done well.
Mostly easy, on purpose
Roughly four fifths of the engine work is easy. That is what leaves room to lift heavy twice a week and still run the hard days hard.
Strength that carries over
Two sessions a week of heavy compound lifts and plyometrics: strength you can use in the rest of your training, not bodybuilding volume.
A lighter week every few
Volume builds from where you are now, with an easier week every third or fourth, so the load keeps rising without piling up.

The reps got slightly quicker and your heart rate rose in step. A hard session done properly, with the week's heavy legs still a day away.

Lifts and runs land in the same calendar feed, subscribed once, so when Friday's pressing comes out it is gone from your calendar as well.
Things hybrid athletes ask it

One athlete, both halves remembered.
What is true about your lifting and your running lives in one memory, so neither half is planned as if the other did not exist.
In memory
- Goal: a stronger squat, without losing the 10K
- Lifts Tuesday and Friday
- Left shoulder: no overhead pressing for now
- Home gym: dumbbells and a bike
- Short answers, straight to the point
Left out on purpose
- This week's total volume
- Which block it is
- Today's freshness figure
