What reaches your assistant
Three readings, each against your own last 30 days.
Sleep
Your usual range
Last night, your seven-day average and the last 14 nights.
HRV
Your usual range
How far it sits from your own usual range.
Resting heart rate
Your usual range
The same, against your last 30 days.
Drawn to show the shape of the answer, not a real reading.
What does not come through
- Your recovery score
- Strain
- Workouts logged in WHOOP
- Respiration and SpO2
intervals.icu takes sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from WHOOP, not workouts, so your sessions come from your watch.
Ask about both at once
Your answers depend on your own data. More in the prompt library.

Sleep night by night, next to your session list.
You: Using Kracey, show last night's sleep, my HRV and my resting heart rate, each against my own usual range for the last 30 days, and my sleep for each of the last 14 nights.
Your recovery readings against your own normal.
