Your password stays with Garmin

You sign in on Garmin's page to let intervals.icu read your activities. Kracey and your assistant only ever get a token you can revoke.

Cut any link, any time

Disconnect Kracey in your assistant or under Settings on kracey.com, or stop the Garmin sync in intervals.icu. Each one stops at once.

Why intervals.icu

It is free, it already syncs from Garmin, and it does the heavy maths on your sessions. Kracey reads it rather than asking for your Garmin login.

What your assistant can read from your Garmin

Your training

Needs your training data connected to Kracey.

  • What is connected, and what you shared.
  • Your sessions from the last 90 days.
  • One session in full, lap by lap.
  • Weekly volume, the split by sport, and trends.
  • Your best running time at each distance.
  • Predicted 5K, 10K, half marathon and HYROX times.

Your HYROX races

The results saved on your account.

  • Your saved HYROX races, split by split.
  • One race against another, station by station.

Heart and recovery

Only if you tick Heart and recovery data. Heart rate in your sessions comes with it too.

  • Fitness, fatigue, form and VO2max.
  • Your heart rate zones, worked out several ways.
  • Sleep, HRV and resting heart rate against your usual.

What it cannot do

Change anything. Every tool is read-only.

Read your coach chat. Not your conversations, and not what the coach remembers about you.

Read your heart rate or recovery unasked. Heart rate, zones, VO2max, load, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate are a separate tick, off by default.

See anyone else. A connection reads the account that signed in, and only that.

Most Garmin MCP servers you will find sign in to Garmin Connect as you, with your email and password stored in a config file. They work, and if you are happy running one, they give you raw access to everything.

A fixed list, plus the maths: race predictions, HYROX splits, pace curves

Kracey goes the other way: no password, no install, nothing running on your machine. It reads a fixed list of things, adds the maths you would otherwise do yourself (race predictions, HYROX splits, pace curves), and works in Claude on the web and desktop, in Claude Code, and in ChatGPT.
