Add Kracey to Claude

Three steps, in this order, so Claude has your training to read the first time you ask.

Signing in is part of connecting, and you choose what Claude may read.

  1. 1

    Make a Kracey account

Sign in, or sign up, at kracey.com/me. No subscription needed.
  2. 2

    Connect your training data

Link your data source under Settings. Today that is intervals.icu. Without it, only the calculators and the race finder work.
  3. 3

    Add Kracey in Claude

Connect it from Claude's directory, sign in to Kracey and choose Allow.Open in Claude's directory

The consent screen shows it as a separate tick, off unless you choose it. To add it later, disconnect under Settings and connect again.

Questions to ask

The prompt library has questions ready to copy, from your week in numbers to HYROX pacing.

Under Settings. It stops working at once.
