Connect Kracey to Claude and ask about your own training: what you did this week, where your last HYROX lost time, what pace a goal needs.
Start here
You need a Kracey account. Signing in is part of connecting, and you choose what Claude may read.
To read your training, connect intervals.icu under Settings. The calculators and the race finder work without it.

Then run /mcp, pick kracey and sign in.
This list is the server's own. Nothing else is reachable.
Needs intervals.icu connected to your Kracey account.
The results saved on your account.
Work for any Kracey account, with nothing connected.
Only if you tick Heart and recovery data. Heart rate in your sessions comes with it too.
For athletes who have a coach plan.
Not included: building a plan, changing it and race week preparation answer that they need the coach.
Copy one, or write your own. More in the prompt library.
A table of the week and the change against the week before.
Using Kracey, list my training sessions from the last 7 days in a table: date, sport, duration, distance and pace. Then give the totals, and how they compare with my recent weekly average.
Station by station, what got faster and what got slower.
Using Kracey, compare my most recent HYROX race with the one before it. Show the change in running and at every station in seconds, sorted from the most time gained to the most time lost.
A goal time worked backwards into a lap by lap plan.
Using Kracey, work out the pacing for a 1:15:00 HYROX in Men Open: the run pace per kilometre, the time for each station, and the clock after every lap. Also give the 10K time that run pace corresponds to.
Change anything. Every tool is read-only.
Read your coach chat. Not your conversations, and not what the coach remembers about you.
Read your heart rate or recovery unasked. Heart rate, zones, VO2max, load, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate are a separate tick, off by default.
See anyone else. A connection reads the account that signed in, and only that.
What your assistant reads leaves Kracey. From there that assistant handles it under its own terms.
You can disconnect anytime. Under Settings. It stops working at once.
A copy is kept for 15 minutes. So several questions in a row do not each fetch your training again.
Deleting your account removes all of it. The full table is in the privacy policy.
Every tool, the scopes, the limits and troubleshooting are in the connector docs. Something not working? See support, or write to hello@kracey.com.
