COROS MCP: the official one,and when to add Kracey
COROS has its own MCP, it is free, and for most COROS owners it is the one to use. Kracey is for two cases it does not cover: sleep and HRV from a WHOOP, and HYROX.

COROS has its own MCP. Start there.
COROS launched it in May 2026. It is free, nothing has to be installed, and it works in ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor.

- Workouts, splits and .fit files
- VO2max and threshold pace
- Training load and recovery status
- Sleep, HRV and stress
- Plans saved to your COROS account
If your COROS is the only thing you wear and you do not race HYROX, you can stop reading here.
COROS Official MCPTwo things it does not do
COROS's connector reads COROS, which is the right design for a watch maker.
Your nights on another device
Sleep in a WHOOP and train on your COROS? intervals.icu syncs from both, so Kracey puts the band's sleep and HRV next to the watch's sessions, in one connector.
Sleep · HRV · Resting heart rate
HYROX
Give Kracey a recent 10K and a division, and it predicts the finish. Give it a goal time and it works back to the pace per kilometre.
1:21:10Men Open from a 45:00 10K, runs at 4:51 per km. predict_hyrox_time, 30 October 2026.
Questions for the watch and the band
Or for the HYROX maths. More in the prompt library.
You: Using Kracey, my HRV has dropped this week. Could it be the three hard sessions on my COROS?
HRV and resting heart rate from your WHOOP, against the last two weeks of load.
You: Using Kracey, I ran 10K in 45 minutes. What HYROX time is that in Men Open, lap by lap?
A prediction with every lap in race order.
You: Using Kracey, I want sub 1:15 in Women Open. What pace do my runs need?
The goal worked back into run pace, station time and the matching 10K.
Three ways to get your COROS into an assistant

Pick COROS's own if your COROS is all you wear and you do not race HYROX, or if you want a plan on your watch. Pick Kracey for WHOOP sleep and HRV or for HYROX, or run both. On every route here, some Claude and ChatGPT plans limit connectors.

Four steps to add Kracey
- 1
Connect COROS to intervals.icu.
Make a free account on intervals.icu, then connect COROS in its settings. Wear a WHOOP? Connect it there too, and tick only what you want from it, or it can overwrite your COROS's readings.
- 3
Link intervals.icu under Settings.
- 4
Add Kracey to your assistant.
Tick Heart and recovery data so your sleep, HRV and fitness numbers come through.

Questions about COROS and Kracey
Yes. The COROS Official MCP has been live since May 2026 and works in ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor. COROS says the connector itself is free.
No. Kracey is independent and not affiliated with COROS. intervals.icu syncs from COROS, and Kracey reads intervals.icu.
Yes. Add both to your assistant and it can call either. COROS's goes deep on your COROS; Kracey's adds your WHOOP sleep and HRV, and the HYROX tools.
No. It reads your sessions and takes fitness, fatigue and form from intervals.icu. COROS's own recovery and load figures come through COROS's connector.
No. It reads sleep, HRV and resting heart rate. WHOOP's own score stays with WHOOP, and the same goes for Oura readiness.
Yes, from a recent running result or the pace you would run inside the race, for any division. It needs no training data for that.
The read tools are free. Building or changing a plan needs Kracey's paid coach, so those tools decline in your assistant and point you to it.
No. Sleep, HRV and resting heart rate go through only if you tick Heart and recovery data when you connect.
No. Every tool is read-only, so nothing is saved to your COROS or to intervals.icu.
Every tool is listed in the connector docs. The coach is on the pricing page, and what we keep and where is on the security page. Prefer a calculator? Try the HYROX pace calculator.
Your COROS has the sessions. Add the nights and the race.
COROS, WHOOP and Oura are trademarks of their owners. Kracey is not affiliated with any of them.
