intervals.icu MCP:Claude or ChatGPT, with a coach on top
Kracey reads intervals.icu directly and adds what the numbers alone do not give you: race predictions and HYROX pacing.
You: Using Kracey, I want 1:15:00 in Women Open. What pace do my runs need?
Claude: 4:29 per kilometre, which corresponds to a 41:42 10K. That leaves 32:48 for the stations and 6:20 for the Roxzone.

What you can ask
Copy one, or write your own. More in the prompt library.
You: Using Kracey, give me my current fitness, fatigue and form numbers, how fitness changed over the last four weeks, and the week by week fitness trend. Explain what each number measures in one line.
The training load model's numbers and their trend.
You: Using Kracey, show my predicted 5K, 10K and half marathon times, say which of my own efforts they are based on, and put my actual best beside each prediction.
Predicted times next to what you have actually run.
You: Using Kracey, show my running heart rate zones by each method it has, side by side, with the inputs each method used and whether those were measured or typed in. Show where the methods disagree most.
The zone methods side by side, and where they differ.

- A goal time worked back into lap by lap pacing.
- Other race distances from one result.
- Upcoming HYROX and hybrid races, with conditions.
Heart and recovery
Only if you tick Heart and recovery data. Heart rate in your sessions comes with it too.
- Fitness, fatigue, form and VO2max.
- Your heart rate zones, worked out several ways.
- Sleep, HRV and resting heart rate against your usual.
Not included: building a plan, changing a plan and race week preparation. Ask for them and your assistant says they need the coach.
What it cannot do
Change anything. Every tool is read-only.
Read your coach chat. Not your conversations, and not what the coach remembers about you.
Read your heart rate or recovery unasked. Heart rate, zones, VO2max, load, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate are a separate tick, off by default.
See anyone else. A connection reads the account that signed in, and only that.
