Kracey coach

Devices and Data Sources

Kracey reads your training from one place, intervals.icu. Whatever syncs into your intervals.icu account is what your coach can see.

Two Connections, and Only Two

Kracey connects to Telegram (where your coach talks to you) and intervals.icu (where your training comes from). It does not connect to any watch or app directly.

intervals.icu syncs from Garmin, COROS, Polar, Suunto, Wahoo, WHOOP, Oura and most other devices. You link your watch to intervals.icu in its Connections settings, then connect intervals.icu to Kracey from your account.

What Reaches Your Coach

DataWhat your coach sees
Each sessionAverage and maximum heart rate, time in each heart rate zone, lap and interval splits, and the weather the session was done in. For rides, power too: average, normalised and maximum, with power zones.
Each dayFitness, fatigue and form (CTL, ATL and TSB), HRV, sleep (hours, score and quality), resting and sleeping heart rate, and respiration.
Your settingsThe heart rate zones you set in intervals.icu. Kracey reads them and does not change them.

Your coach only sees what your devices send to intervals.icu. If your watch does not record sleep or HRV, those rows are simply empty.

Read-Only, Always

Kracey asks intervals.icu for three read permissions: activities, wellness and settings. It never writes to your intervals.icu account, and your plan lives in Kracey, not on your intervals.icu calendar.

Kracey does not send workouts to your watch. Your plan reaches you in Telegram, and through a calendar feed you can subscribe to with /calendar.

How Fast It Arrives

A new session usually reaches your coach within minutes of landing in intervals.icu, and Kracey also checks for new training every 15 minutes in case a notification from intervals.icu goes missing.

Strava

Link your watch to intervals.icu directly, not through Strava. intervals.icu holds back most of the detail of a Strava-synced session from apps like Kracey, so sessions that arrive only through Strava give your coach very little to read.
