Plans and Billing

You get 14 free days of full coaching, with no card. After that, coaching is a subscription you can cancel at any time. Current prices are on the pricing page.

The 14 Free Days

The free days start when Telegram and intervals.icu are both connected and there is training to read, not when you sign up. A coach that cannot see your training is not coaching you yet, so those days do not count.

You do not enter a card for the free days. If you stop, there is nothing to cancel.

When the Free Days End

Coaching needs a subscription from then on. Your coach sends you a link to subscribe in the chat, and you can also subscribe under Billing in Settings.

Some things stay free without a subscription:

Your plan: /today, /week, /macro and the /calendar feed.
/settings, including turning messages off.
/export and /delete.

Change Your Plan or Cancel

Under Billing in Settings you can change your plan, update your card or cancel. Cancelling keeps the coach running to the end of the period you paid for.

Deleting your account also cancels any subscription. Paid invoices are kept, because bookkeeping law requires it. See your data.
