Kracey coach
Getting Started with Kracey
What You Need
- Telegram on your phone or computer. It is where your coach talks to you. There is no Kracey app to install.
- An intervals.icu account, with your watch or app syncing into it. intervals.icu is a free training-data platform. See devices and data sources for what it syncs from.
Set Up in Three Steps
- Create your account at kracey.com/me. The setup checklist opens there.
- Connect Telegram: This comes first, so your coach can always reach you.
- Connect intervals.icu: Before you connect, you tick a box agreeing that Kracey may use your health data to build and adapt your training. The connection is read-only, and you can revoke it from intervals.icu at any time.
If intervals.icu has no sessions yet, both steps show as done and the coach waits until training arrives. Sync one session from your watch and it starts.
What Happens First
Your coach sends its first message in Telegram. It reads your last 30 days of training and asks you what you are training for before it builds a plan.
You can give it a head start with the optional questions linked from your account: your goal, target race and date, training days, benchmarks and PBs, how you want to be coached, and any equipment or constraints. Your coach treats those answers as fact and only asks about the gaps.
Your 14 Free Days
The 14 free days start when both connections are live and there is training to read, not on the day you sign up. You do not need a card for them, so if you decide Kracey is not for you, there is nothing to cancel. What happens after the 14 days is on plans and billing.
Commands Worth Knowing
You can text your coach in plain language (“what is today”, “review my last session”). These commands also work in the chat:
/today,/weekand/macroshow today's session, this week and your season./calendargives you a calendar feed of your plan to subscribe to./settingschanges how your coach coaches you, when it texts you and what it remembers./helplists the commands.
