HYROX World Records: Every Division and Where the Time Goes

The HYROX world records are 51:59.37 for men and 54:25.08 for women, both set in the Pro division in the Elite 15 races at HYROX Warsaw in 2026. Alexander Roncevic holds the men’s mark and Joanna Wietrzyk the women’s. In Doubles, Tim Wenisch and Alexander Roncevic hold the fastest time on record at 47:40.65.

Every time on this page comes from HYROX’s own results platform , and each one links to the result it came from. Records move fast in this sport, so here is the date that matters: everything below was checked against the official results on 2 October 2026, including every race of the 2026/27 season published by then. Nothing run so far this season beats any of them.

The table is only half the story. The other half is the splits, because they show something the finish times hide: at the very top of the sport, the gap between the fastest man and the fastest woman, and between a record holder and the median finisher, is mostly on the stations rather than the running.

Key Takeaways

  • The men’s HYROX world record is 51:59.37, set by Alexander Roncevic in the Pro Elite 15 race at HYROX Warsaw 2026.
  • The women’s HYROX world record is 54:25.08, set by Joanna Wietrzyk in the same Warsaw Elite 15 event.
  • The fastest Doubles time ever recorded is 47:40.65, by Tim Wenisch and Alexander Roncevic at the 2026 EMEA Championships in London.
  • HYROX publishes no ratified list of world records. The marks everyone quotes are the fastest complete results on its official results platform.
  • Wietrzyk’s eight runs were only 29 seconds slower than Roncevic’s. About 80% of the 2:26 between them came on the stations.
  • The fastest Open singles time, 50:38, is quicker than the Pro record because the Open loads are lighter.

The Current HYROX World Records

The fastest time on the official results platform in each main division is below, with who set it and where. Pro and Open are the singles divisions; Doubles and Relay times are a separate category of record, because the work is shared.

Two things stand out. Alexander Roncevic appears three times, across singles Pro, singles Open and Doubles. And the Elite 15 races produce the singles Pro records, which makes sense: under the rulebook, an Elite 15 field is the 15 fastest racers of the Pro division, all on one course at the same time.

Where the platform publishes hundredths of a second, they are shown. The older results and the all-time rankings round to the second, so 51:59.37 appears there as 52:00.

What Counts as an Official HYROX World Record

HYROX does not publish a ratified list of world records. There is no records page on hyrox.com , and the Season 26/27 singles rulebook  never uses the phrase. What the official HYROX results platform does keep is an all-time ranking for each division, and the times called world records, by athletes and by the press alike, are the fastest complete results in it.

The reason a time in Warsaw can be compared with one in London at all is the course standard. The official HYROX Season 26/27 rulebook states that “all HYROX courses comprise the same distances”, that the run totals 8,000 metres in eight segments, and that where a hall forces an odd lap length, “any deviation from 1,000 meters within a lap will be offset within that segment’s lap structure”. The same rulebook fixes the loads by division, which is why Pro and Open keep separate records.

The Ranking Is Raw, So Read It Carefully

The all-time ranking is a list of results, not a list of checked records, and it shows. The top of the women’s Open ranking holds entries under 10 minutes, which no one runs for 8km and eight stations. The highest plausible-looking one, a 47:31 at Lyon 2026 , has no time for three of the eight runs or four of the eight stations, and two of its runs are listed at 17 minutes each. The mixed Relay ranking is led by a 15:50 entered under the name “Test Seoul”.

The same thing happens in the current season. The women’s Open winner at Bordeaux 2026  is listed at 55:03, which would beat the 55:38 in the table. Her result carries a 420-second penalty on Run 2 and has no splits at all after the burpee broad jumps.

So the rule this page follows is simple. A time counts as a record here only if the result is complete, with all 16 segments timed and a total they support. Every row in the table above passes that test.

The Pro Records and Their Splits

Both Pro records were set in the Thursday Elite 15 races at HYROX Warsaw 2026, which makes them the cleanest comparison in the sport: same venue, same course, same day. Here is where each athlete’s time went, segment by segment, from their official results.

SegmentRoncevic, 51:59.37Wietrzyk, 54:25.08

100m Sandbag Lunges2:282:43
Wall Balls3:293:20
All eight stations22:0924:06
All eight runs29:5430:23

Read the bottom two rows first. Across 8km of running, Wietrzyk was only 29 seconds slower than Roncevic. Across the eight stations she was 1:57 slower. That puts about 80% of the gap between the two Pro record holders on the stations, and most of it on three of them: the SkiErg (31 seconds), the burpee broad jumps (32 seconds) and the rowing machine (24 seconds). On the wall balls she was nine seconds faster than him.

Two notes on reading these numbers. The 16 splits are each rounded to the second, so they add up to a few seconds more than the official time: 52:03 for Roncevic and 54:29 for Wietrzyk. And on the Elite 15 result pages there is no separate Roxzone  split, because each run is timed from one station to the next. The transitions are inside the run times, which is why the runs and the stations account for the whole race.

That makes the running even more remarkable. Roncevic’s 29:54 for eight runs, transitions included, averages 3:44 per kilometre straight off the stations.

The Record Before Warsaw

Before Warsaw, the fastest Pro time on the platform belonged to Hidde Weersma, who won the Elite 15 race at the 2026 EMEA Championships in London in 52:42.06 . Roncevic’s 51:59.37 is the only Pro result under 52 minutes anywhere on the platform.

Doubles and Relay Records

In Doubles, both athletes run all 8km together and split the station work between them. That is visible in the splits: pairing up changes the running far less than it changes the stations.

Compare the men’s Doubles record with Roncevic’s solo Pro record and the effect is clear. The pair ran their eight segments 1:15 faster than he did alone, but they covered the stations 3:03 faster. Sharing the work buys you most on the part of the race that sharing actually touches.

Lauren Weeks is worth a line of her own here. She holds the women’s Pro Doubles record with Vivian Tafuto, sits second on the women’s Pro list with 54:54.09 behind Wietrzyk in that same Warsaw race, and holds the fastest complete women’s Open time as well.

The mixed Pro Doubles mark is older than the rest: 53:08, set by Fabian Eisenlauer and Jennifer Nikolaus at the 2024 World Championships in Nice, and still the fastest in the all-time ranking.

In the Relay, four athletes split the race between them. The men’s record of 45:43 and the women’s of 51:26 were both set at London in 2025. The women’s time includes a 180-second penalty on the burpee broad jumps, so the team actually moved faster than the record suggests.

The Open Records, and Why They Beat Pro

The fastest Open singles time is quicker than the Pro record, and that is not a contradiction. Open is raced at lighter loads: the official HYROX Season 26/27 rulebook sets the men’s sled push at 152kg including the sled in Open and 202kg in Pro. The full load difference is in our HYROX Pro vs Open guide .

Alexander Roncevic’s 50:38 at HYROX Köln in 2024 is the fastest complete Open result on record. It is also the only singles record with a separate Roxzone time, which makes it the best record to take apart.

SegmentRoncevic, Open recordMedian Open Man, 2025/26
Eight runs27:42about 41 minutes
Eight stations19:56about 38 minutes
Roxzone3:05about 7 minutes
Finish50:381:27

The median column comes from our analysis of all 274,200 Open finishers of the 2025/26 season, set out in average HYROX times by division . The record’s eight runs average 3:28 per kilometre.

The record holder is about 13 minutes faster than the median Open Man on the running, but about 18 minutes faster on the stations. A further four minutes goes in the Roxzone.

The women’s Open record is 55:38, by Lauren Weeks. Her result is complete, with all eight runs and all eight stations timed, but the all-time ranking labels the race only as “HYROX 2025” rather than naming the venue, and the result page shows no separate Roxzone time.

Where a Record Time Goes, and What It Means for You

A HYROX finish is the eight runs, plus the eight stations, plus the Roxzone, and nothing else. The records make one pattern in that sum very easy to see: the further down the field you go, the larger the share of time that disappears on the stations rather than on the running.

In the singles Pro records, the difference between the fastest man and woman is 29 seconds on the running and almost two minutes on the stations. Against the median Open Man, the Open record holder gains more on the stations than on the runs. That does not mean running is unimportant, since it is still the largest single block of every record time. It means station efficiency is where most finishers have the most time left to find.

If you want to see your own version of that split, the HYROX finish time predictor  builds a target from your running pace.

FAQ

Conclusion

The HYROX world records stand at 51:59.37 for men and 54:25.08 for women, both from the Elite 15 races at HYROX Warsaw 2026, with 47:40.65 the fastest Doubles time ever recorded. They are the fastest complete results on HYROX’s own results platform rather than marks from a ratified list, which is why this page checks every one and dates the check.

What the splits say is more useful than the times. At the top of the sport, the stations separate athletes more than the running does, and the same is true between a record holder and the middle of the field.

You will not run 3:28 per kilometre off a sled, and you do not need to. What you need is to know which of your own 16 segments is costing you the most, and to train that one instead of the one you enjoy.

That is the work Kracey does. Your coach lives in Telegram, so there is nothing to install, and it reads every session through intervals.icu, so it sees the session your watch recorded rather than the one the plan described. Paste your race results into the chat and it reads your runs, stations and Roxzone, checks that they add up to your finish time, and works from those numbers when it plans the weeks ahead. The first 14 days are free, starting when it can see your training.
