The full Metrix Fitness race calendar: 0 upcoming races across 0 countries, with every date and venue.
METRIX is a pairs-only fitness competition staged like a nightclub, with live DJs and full production rather than a race clock at the centre of it. You and your partner take on five stations of 10 minutes each, separated by 4-minute transitions, for 70 minutes of competition from the first station to the last. Nothing is scored on finish time: the pair with the highest combined metres, reps and calories wins.
METRIX is always a partner event and the series states that it does not currently run a solo competition, so you need a partner before you book. The pair is the unit at every station: you may split the work however you like as long as you alternate, one athlete working and one resting. Winners are decided on the total your pair accumulates across all five stations, which rewards two athletes who can both keep producing over one who can empty themselves into a single erg.
No upcoming races listed right now.
METRIX asks for repeatable 10-minute output rather than a finish time, and the you-go-I-go format turns every station into intervals: hard while you work, incomplete recovery while your partner does. Train to known split and calorie rates on the SkiErg, rower and bike, rehearse the handover so no seconds leak between efforts, and add the burpee and sled conditioning that decides the final 10 minutes.

No. METRIX is always a partner workout and there is no solo competition, so you need a partner to enter. You must also be 18 or over to compete, and valid identification may be checked at the door.
Seventy minutes of competition: five stations of 10 minutes each with a 4-minute transition between them. The clock is the same for everybody, so your result is what you and your partner produce inside it rather than how quickly you finish.
SkiErg, burpees over the line, row erg, bike erg, and a sled push that runs into shuttle runs. The SkiErg and rower are scored in metres, the bike in calories and the burpees in reps.
On the combined score your pair accumulates across all five stations, counting the metres, reps and calories you produce in each one. The highest total wins, so a pair that holds its rate to the sled beats one that spends everything on the opening SkiErg.
