The full Hybrid Day race calendar: 4 upcoming races across 2 countries, with every date and venue. The next is Hybrid Day Leiria 2026 on 17-18 July 2026.
Hybrid Day is one of the largest hybrid fitness competitions in the Iberian Peninsula, pairing 8km of running (a 1km run before each station) with 8 functional stations. It is held at striking venues across Portugal and Spain, from the Estoril racing circuit to stadiums and air bases, and follows the same HYROX-style format that makes results comparable across events.
You can enter as Singles, Doubles or Relay, each with Open and Pro divisions. Individuals race in Elite plus Masters age categories (35+, 40+, 45+, 50+) for men and women, and Doubles run as male, female or mixed teams.
Hybrid Day is an 8-station race where compromised running (holding pace on tired legs out of each station) decides your time. A plan that builds run pacing, station efficiency and the transitions between them, timed to your event, turns a survival finish into a target time.
