The full ATHX Games race calendar: 8 upcoming races across 6 countries, with every date and venue. The next is ATHX Glasgow 2026 on 20-21 June 2026.
ATHX Games is a hybrid fitness competition run as one continuous session of roughly two and a half hours, moving through six zones that test three pillars: Strength, Endurance and metabolic conditioning (Metcon X). Unlike a race against the clock, it is scored on total weight lifted, distance covered and conditioning output, and it is held in large exhibition arenas.
You enter as an Individual or in Pairs (male, female or mixed), and choose an ability tier: Lite, ATHX (standard) or Pro, with age-group categories available. The tiers change the running distances and the loads, so you can pick the level that matches your training.
ATHX tests strength, endurance and conditioning in one long session, so peaking for it means training all three without letting any one slip. A programme that periodises heavy lifting alongside running and metcon output, timed to the event, is what lets you score across every zone rather than fading in the last one.
