The following is a binding term of these Terms of Service, not a marketing statement: we will never sell your personal data, never use it to train AI models, and any future investor or acquirer inherits this commitment. Any change of control of Kracey binds the successor to this clause for all personal data collected while it was in force. Details of what we store and how you erase it are in the Privacy Policy, and the /export and /delete commands in the coach chat let you take or erase your data at any time.
The coach talks to you over Telegram, the messaging channel you connect when you set up your account. Your messages with the coach therefore travel through Telegram's platform under Telegram's own terms and privacy policy, like any other Telegram conversation. Telegram bot chats are not end-to-end encrypted, and Telegram is an independent service we do not control. If you delete your Kracey account, we erase what we stored, but the chat transcript in your Telegram app is yours to delete there.
Unless otherwise stated, Kracey and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on kracey.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from kracey.com for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
