  Of course! You're not on your Hyrox journey alone. You can always talk to a coach, and you'll receive a legend with all you need to know about your training plan.

• How often are plans updated?

  You can recreate or update your training plan as many times as you need: with your coach, after your race, or based on your fitness level or feedback.

• Is there a money-back guarantee?

  We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all Yearly and Lifetime plans. If you're not happy, we'll provide a full refund :)
